Our Promise
We stand behind our small-batch, lab-tested THCA products. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right—see your options below.
1) Standard Returns (Unopened/Unused)
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Customer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake.
2) Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Please include clear photos of the product and the shipping box so we can quickly replace the item or issue store credit.
3) What Can’t Be Returned
- Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Bulk
- Opened/used items
- Gift cards and digital goods
- Products not purchased directly from rootzhemp.com
4) How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email an approval decision. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (banks may take several business days). Store credit is typically issued as an electronic gift card or account credit.
5) Return Shipping & Fees
- You’re responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
- Refused or undeliverable packages may incur a reship fee or restocking fee.
6) Compliance, Age Verification & Seizures
We only ship to eligible states listed at checkout and require age verification (21+). We can’t refund orders seized or returned due to incorrect addresses, failure to accept delivery, recipient under 21, or local/state compliance issues outside our control.
7) Exchanges
Fastest path: start a return, choose “replacement,” and we’ll ship the new item once the return is approved. If there’s a price difference, we’ll invoice or credit the balance.
8) Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests made before fulfillment are usually possible; once an order is packed or shipped, it follows the return policy above.
9) How to Start a Return
Email help@rootzhemp.com with:
- Order number, full name, and reason for the return
- Photos (if damaged/defective/wrong item)
We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without authorization can’t be accepted.
